Engine housings, transmission cases, ECU enclosures and structural brackets for EV, HEV and ICE platforms — produced on IATF 16949 lines.
Hiyet supplies powertrain and chassis castings for EV, hybrid and conventional vehicles. Our flagship 5052-T5 motor protection shells combine excellent strength-to-weight with full corrosion resistance, safeguarding traction motors against impact, moisture and road chemicals.
Transmission housings cast from A356-H32 deliver the toughness needed for repeated power-transfer cycles, while ADC12 die-cast ECU enclosures provide tight tolerances and EMC-friendly geometry. Every program is validated through IMDS, PPAP and 100% dimensional CMM inspection.
Typical applications: e-axle housings, inverter cases, electric-motor end caps, transmission cases, oil-pan covers, suspension knuckles, ECU and BMS enclosures, structural body brackets.
Battery trays, liquid-cooling plates, PDU enclosures and structural frames for traction packs and grid-scale BESS.
EV battery enclosures cast from 6009-grade aluminum provide a precise interface to cell modules, defending the pack against impact and abrasion. The structure combines outstanding electrical insulation with hermetic waterproofness — sealed to IP67 — so the pack stays stable in extreme weather and road environments.
Our integrated cooling plates use friction-stir-weld-ready geometries, achieving uniform liquid flow with minimal pressure drop. Combined with PDU/BDU housings die-cast from ADC12, Hiyet supplies a complete suite of structural battery castings ready for EV OEM and Tier-1 integration.
Typical applications: pack trays, BMS housings, cooling plates, busbar enclosures, module end-plates, BESS cabinet shells, inverter housings.
Base-station heat sinks, RF shielding cases, server chassis and antenna housings — die-cast for high thermal performance and EMC.
Modern 5G infrastructure imposes contradictory demands: massive heat dissipation, sub-millimeter precision, low weight, and EMC integrity. Our communication castings answer all four. Manufactured from aluminum alloy, they deliver excellent mechanical stability while maintaining stable signal transmission and minimising interference losses.
Compact, integrated geometries accommodate multiple board cavities; cast-in cooling fins provide up to 1,800 cm² of dissipative surface in a single shot. Specialised post-processing — chromate-free passivation, EMC-grade conductive plating, and selective masking for sealing surfaces — ensures every part is field-ready.
Typical applications: 5G mMIMO heat sinks, AAU housings, RF filter cavities, antenna decorative covers, micro-cell enclosures, server-rail castings, router heat plates.
Gearbox housings, motor end-caps, fan covers and starter housings — high-volume HPDC for global tool brands.
Cordless power tools and garden equipment demand a rare blend of light weight, impact strength, ergonomic feel and weather resistance. Hiyet's aluminum castings answer all four — ergonomic profiles, strong heat dissipation and durable surface finishes that survive the outdoors.
For garden products (mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, blowers), we high-pressure die-cast ADC12 or A380 with 3–6 mm walls and T1/T5 stress relief. Surfaces are powder-coated in black or brand-color RAL, passing 72-hour salt-spray. Threaded and bearing holes are pre-cast to minimise downstream machining.
Typical applications: gearbox housings, motor end-caps, fan covers, starter housings, blade-mount plates, handle clamps, volute pump bodies, lithium-mower motor shells with integral cooling fins.
Lightweight, high-strength components for the next generation of urban mobility — from share-fleet scooters to premium e-bikes.
Electric scooter components must be light, strong and visually refined. Our scooter parts are manufactured from premium aluminum alloys delivering lightweight construction with exceptional strength. Each component is engineered with precise tolerances and excellent compatibility, ensuring the scooter's overall stability and rider safety.
Our parts excel in shock absorption and power transmission, providing riders with a smooth and comfortable experience for effortless urban mobility. Surfaces — anodized in silver, black or rose gold — survive scratch and corrosion testing typical of shared-fleet duty cycles.
Typical applications: handlebar clamps, fork crowns, motor housings (front & rear), folding-hinge assemblies, brake calipers, battery trays, structural deck connectors.
Robot arms, reducer housings, motor flanges, valve bodies and cabinet heat-sinks for industrial and collaborative robotics.
Industrial robots and automation equipment demand exceptional rigidity, light weight, motion accuracy and wear resistance. Our castings serve robot arms, bases, reducer housings, motor mounting flanges, end-effector brackets, sensor enclosures, control cabinet heat sinks, linear-module slides and pneumatic valve bodies.
Robot arms with complex thin-wall geometries (4–8 mm) are gravity or low-pressure cast in A356 or AlSi10Mg, followed by T6 heat treatment for fatigue resistance and dimensional stability. Joint components are X-ray or CT inspected; surfaces are hard-anodized (≥ 20 µm) for wear resistance. For collaborative robots, we offer multi-color paint or electrophoretic coating in brand palettes.
Typical applications: robot arm segments, base castings, harmonic-drive reducer housings, servo motor flanges, end-effector mounts, IPC heat-sinks, linear-rail slides.
Monitor housings, surgical-light handles, ultrasound probe shells, wheelchair frames — ISO 13485-aligned production.
Medical devices impose strict biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, cleanability and non-magnetic requirements. Hiyet's aluminum castings serve as structural shells and frames for diagnostic imaging, monitoring, surgical lighting and rehabilitation equipment.
Our material selection is conservative: A356 or ZL101 in T5 condition, free of lead and zinc leaching. Surfaces are hard-anodized or coated with medical-grade epoxy for easy disinfection and anti-glare finish. We prefer low-pressure or investment casting to avoid internal shrinkage that could trap moisture.
Typical applications: patient-monitor housings, surgical-light handles, ultrasound probe casings, wheelchair frame connectors, hospital-bed hinges, rehabilitation device arms, dental-chair brackets, microscope support stages.
High-spec castings with full material traceability for UAVs, satellite hardware and avionics structural enclosures.
Aerospace and UAV applications demand the highest specific strength, fatigue life and reliability. Materials are strictly selected per AMS standards — A356-T6, AlSi10Mg or dedicated sand-casting alloys — always solution-treated and aged, achieving tensile strength ≥ 300 MPa with elongation ≥ 5%.
Process selection: precision sand casting or low-pressure casting, eliminating porosity, cracks and shrinkage. Every batch is subject to industrial CT, fluorescent penetrant inspection and mechanical sampling. Surfaces are chromic-acid anodized or micro-arc oxidized for salt-spray and humidity resistance. Each part carries full traceability — melt number, heat-treatment batch and X-ray records.
Typical applications: UAV arm connectors, motor mounts, gimbal brackets, landing-gear structural parts, avionics housings, satellite antenna reflectors, hydraulic valve bodies, seat-rail castings.
Seawater-resistant castings for outboard motors, ship hardware and offshore platform structures.
The marine environment — high salt, high humidity, long-term immersion — imposes the most severe corrosion requirements. Hiyet exclusively uses seawater-resistant Al-Mg alloys (5083, 6061) or dedicated marine cast alloys (A356-T6); copper-rich ADC12 is strictly excluded because copper accelerates intergranular corrosion.
Process selection favours low-pressure or sand casting, followed by aging to stabilise the microstructure. Surfaces are protected with heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings or micro-arc oxidation, passing 720-hour salt-spray. Classification-society certification (CCS, ABS, DNV, LR) can be coordinated on request.
Typical applications: outboard motor brackets, tiller housings, seawater pump bodies, deck cleat bases, ventilation covers, porthole frames, drainage grates, naval electronic enclosures, offshore platform railing connectors.
Fire-resistant, long-life aluminum castings for high-speed rail, metro and light-rail interiors and exteriors.
Rail transit (high-speed rail, metro, light-rail) demands exceptional safety, lightweight and fire resistance — coupled with a 30-year service life. Aluminum castings (A356, ZL104) are produced via low-pressure or gravity casting to achieve dense, porosity-free internal structure, then inspected via 100% X-ray and fatigue tested.
All structural parts can be certified to EN 15085 or ISO 3834 (when welded), and meet EN 45545 fire-safety classes R1–R3. Surface protection is micro-arc oxidation or thick powder coating that survives 1,000-hour salt-spray. Each part ships with FAI, PPAP and third-party material reports.
Typical applications: door hinges, seat armrest bases, HVAC duct connectors, cable-tray brackets, A/C housings, lighting frames, handrail-stand joints, driver-cab frames, electrical enclosures, pantograph parts.
Pedal cranks, frame connectors, flywheel hubs and pulley supports for commercial and consumer fitness brands.
Fitness equipment (treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, multi-gym stations, rowers) demands structural strength, premium feel and lightweight design. Hiyet's castings serve armrest connectors, instrument brackets, resistance wheels, pedal bases, seat-adjustment handles, cover brackets, pulley supports and pivot sleeves.
Most parts use A356 gravity casting or ADC12 die casting in T5 condition. Load-bearing components such as pedal cranks and seat slides undergo UTS ≥ 240 MPa testing and 1-million-cycle fatigue testing. Surfaces are typically powder-coated in matte black or matte silver; premium ranges add anodizing or brushing.
Standards: EN 957, ASTM F2276, plus phthalate and PAH limits for export to EU and North America.
Compressor housings, fan blades, balance rings and motor end-covers for global white-goods brands.
Home appliances demand lightweight design, high thermal dissipation, premium aesthetic and tight cost control. Aluminum die-casting parts are widely used in air-conditioner compressor housings, refrigerator compressor covers, washing-machine balance rings, motor end-covers, fan blades and oven heating-plate brackets.
For premium ranges, ADC12 alloy is die-cast and then sandblasted, anodized or powder-coated to achieve a refined metallic finish. Tolerances are tight (CT7–CT8); inserts such as copper sleeves and threaded helicoils can be cast in to reduce secondary machining. Wall design (2.5–5 mm) avoids porosity and shrinkage. Products comply with RoHS and REACH for export to EU, Japan and Korea.
