High pressure die casting
HPDC

High-Pressure Die Casting

280-ton to 4,000-ton machines. Best for thin-wall (1.5–6 mm) structural and housing parts at 5k–500k pcs/yr volumes. Cycle time 30–120 s.

Low pressure die casting
LPDC

Low-Pressure Die Casting

Dense, porosity-free structures — ideal for wheels, brackets and EV battery trays that need T6 strength.

Gravity casting

Gravity (Permanent Mold)

Best mechanical properties in T6 condition — UTS ≥ 280 MPa. Used for motorcycle, ATV and aerospace structural castings.

Clear, black, blue, rose-gold sulfuric; hard anodize ≥ 20 µm for wear surfaces.

Powder Coating

Full RAL palette, matte or gloss, salt-spray ≥ 96 h, conveyor capacity 12 m.

E-Coat

Cathodic electrophoretic painting for automotive corrosion durability (≥ 480 h NSS).

MAO

Micro-arc oxidation for marine and rail — salt-spray ≥ 720 h, hardness HV ≥ 1,000.

Polishing & Brushing

Mirror polish, satin brush, vibratory finishing for premium 3C aesthetics.
