Medical devices impose strict biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, cleanability and non-magnetic requirements. Hiyet's aluminum castings serve as structural shells and frames for diagnostic imaging, monitoring, surgical lighting and rehabilitation equipment.
Our material selection is conservative: A356 or ZL101 in T5 condition, free of lead and zinc leaching. Surfaces are hard-anodized or coated with medical-grade epoxy for easy disinfection and anti-glare finish. We prefer low-pressure or investment casting to avoid internal shrinkage that could trap moisture.
We can coordinate ISO 10993 testing through certified partners; the cost is passed through at cost plus 10%.
