Robot arms, reducer housings, motor flanges, valve bodies and cabinet heat-sinks for industrial and collaborative robotics.

Industrial robots and automation equipment demand exceptional rigidity, light weight, motion accuracy and wear resistance. Our castings serve robot arms, bases, reducer housings, motor mounting flanges, end-effector brackets, sensor enclosures, control cabinet heat sinks, linear-module slides and pneumatic valve bodies.
Robot arms with complex thin-wall geometries (4–8 mm) are gravity or low-pressure cast in A356 or AlSi10Mg, followed by T6 heat treatment for fatigue resistance and dimensional stability. Joint components are X-ray or CT inspected; surfaces are hard-anodized (≥ 20 µm) for wear resistance. For collaborative robots, we offer multi-color paint or electrophoretic coating in brand palettes.
Yes — we manufacture cobot-arm segments under NDA for several start-up cobot brands. Typical batch 200–2,000 units/program.
