High-spec castings with full material traceability for UAVs, satellite hardware and avionics structural enclosures.
Aerospace and UAV applications demand the highest specific strength, fatigue life and reliability. Materials are strictly selected per AMS standards — A356-T6, AlSi10Mg or dedicated sand-casting alloys — always solution-treated and aged, achieving tensile strength ≥ 300 MPa with elongation ≥ 5%.
Process selection: precision sand casting or low-pressure casting, eliminating porosity, cracks and shrinkage. Every batch is subject to industrial CT, fluorescent penetrant inspection and mechanical sampling. Surfaces are chromic-acid anodized or micro-arc oxidized for salt-spray and humidity resistance. Each part carries full traceability — melt number, heat-treatment batch and X-ray records.
Currently AS9100D-aligned; full certification audit scheduled for 2026 Q3. Existing aerospace customers operate under bilateral supplier qualifications.
