Battery trays, liquid-cooling plates, PDU enclosures and structural frames for traction packs and grid-scale BESS.

EV battery enclosures cast from 6009-grade aluminum provide a precise interface to cell modules, defending the pack against impact and abrasion. The structure combines outstanding electrical insulation with hermetic waterproofness — sealed to IP67 — so the pack stays stable in extreme weather and road conditions.
Our integrated cooling plates use friction-stir-weld-ready geometries, achieving uniform liquid flow with minimal pressure drop. Combined with PDU and BDU housings die-cast from ADC12, Hiyet supplies a complete suite of structural battery castings ready for OEM and Tier-1 integration.
Battery packs are limited by their hottest cell. Our cooling-plate designs use cast-in flow channels with optimized turning vanes — validated by CFD before tooling — to reduce cell-to-cell ΔT by 25-40% versus tube-on-plate. Surface flatness ≤ 0.2 mm/m ensures even contact pressure with the cells.
For BESS cabinet structures, we offer extruded + welded aluminum frames in 6063-T5 with welded MIG joints, fully NDT-tested. All structural welds passed in-house operator certification per ISO 9606-2.
Cast and CNC machining are in-house. Friction-stir-welding is performed at a certified partner 40 km from our site; we manage logistics so you receive a single welded part.
Yes — we have programs running for 400, 800 and 1000 V platforms. Insulation flash distance and creep distance reviews are part of our standard DFM.
Currently 1,800 × 1,200 mm by single casting; larger by FSW joining of two cast halves.
Send us your STEP / IGES / DWG / PDF and a senior engineer will respond with DFM feedback, tooling cost and unit price within two business days.
