Fitness equipment (treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, multi-gym stations, rowers) demands structural strength, premium feel and lightweight design. Hiyet's castings serve armrest connectors, instrument brackets, resistance wheels, pedal bases, seat-adjustment handles, cover brackets, pulley supports and pivot sleeves.
Most parts use A356 gravity casting or ADC12 die casting in T5 condition. Load-bearing components such as pedal cranks and seat slides undergo UTS ≥ 240 MPa testing and 1-million-cycle fatigue testing. Surfaces are typically powder-coated in matte black or matte silver; premium ranges add anodizing or brushing.
