For garden products (mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, blowers), we high-pressure die-cast ADC12 or A380 with 3–6 mm walls and T1/T5 stress relief. Surfaces are powder-coated in black or brand-color RAL, passing 72-hour salt-spray. Threaded and bearing holes are pre-cast to minimise downstream machining.
